Delicious on fries and with poutine cheese, but as it is hard to find this cheese, you can use the, Mozzarella which is the same texture, or if you really want the same cheese to Put in, there is a cheese In Belgium specifically for this preparation: http://www.fromagesdethoricourt.be/site/en/introduction.htm
Préparation: in a pan pour 2 tablespoons of mixture and 1 Cup of cold water, wear boiling by stirring the whip to avoid lumps, reduce fire and simmer + /- 3 minutes, the sauce is thick, if you would like to add some water to ease its consistency, possibly correct the seasoning.
